Dr Saiyed Tariq is an Orthopaedic surgeon practicing in Lucknow. He did his schooling from La Martiniere College, Lucknow, and his medical studies and surgical training from J N Medical College, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) Aligarh, and from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. He has a keen interest in nature, wildlife and photography. His other interests include reading and music. He has recently written a book about his wildlife experiences in the jungles of India entitled ' Tales from the Jungles - Narratives of a Nemophilist '.
